What forms of payment are accepted at Rifyo?

Rifyo only accepts non-cash transactions, as well as VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and JCB debit or credit cards.

 

Is it safe to transact using the payment link at Rifyo?

For security reasons, Rifyo collaborates with Midtrans as a trustee payment gateway partner.

 

What to do if the selected payment method fails?

Please contact Rifyo's WhatsApp for further assistance.

 

Is a down payment charged for an indent product order?

All indent product orders are subject to a down payment of 50% of the total amount. The remaining payment will be billed when the product arrives at Rifyo's warehouse and will be processed for delivery after repayment.

 

Does Rifyo provide tax invoices for each purchase?

Rifyo can issue tax invoices for bookings, including Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), which can be sent through Rifyo's WhatsApp.

How can I get information about warranty claims?

Please texting Rifyo's WhatsApp or customer_care@rifyo.com for further information about the warranty claim.

 

How long the warranty claim process will take?

The process will take no longer than 5 (five) business days after all the required documents are fulfilled.

 

How long until replacement parts arrive?

The arrival of replacement parts varies from 1 (one) to 6 (six) months since the warranty claim was approved.

 

RETURN POLICY

Is it possible to cancel an order?

Rifyo does not accept order cancelation. Please double-check every detail of the information (product, address, and so on) before completing the order.

 

Does Rifyo accept product returns?

Rifyo does not accept product returns due to negligence or errors when ordering.

In the event of a defect or damage during delivery, replacement of parts or redemption with new ones can be made (through the submission of warranty claims). Submission of warranty claim no later than 1 x 24 hours after the product is received.

 

DELIVERY

Is there any delivery charge?

Free delivery with Rifyo Logistic (Jabodetabek area only). For other delivery options, a charge will apply according to the destination.

 

Is it possible for delivery to all regions in Indonesia?

Yeah, sure. Please texting Rifyo's WhatsApp to activate the Custom Logistic option. Make sure that the destination address is written correctly.

 

When will the items delivered?

Delivery to the Jabodebatek area will take about 2 (two) to 4 (four) working days after settlement. For outside the Jabodetabek area, delivery will vary according to the region destination (with an estimated 3 (three) to 10 (ten) working days).

 

Is it possible for weekend delivery?

Absolutely. Rifyo Logistics operates from Sunday until Saturday, except Monday and National Holidays. And for other delivery options, we will refer to each company’s policies.

 

Is it possible to collect online orders?

Sure, but the order must be placed through Rifyo's WhatsApp.
